The Senior Account Supervisor must be able to multitask efficiently and have good communication skills in English.
S/he must also be proficient in MS Office applications.
The Senior Account Supervisor must have solid experience with search engine and email marketing, website builds and online research.
S/he should have good writing and editing skills.
The Senior Account Supervisor must understand the technology and on-line media of the accounts s/he manages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Senior Account Supervisor must be able to manage the budgets and account teams on sizable pieces of business.
S/he has agency-wide responsibility for account profitability, quality of account service and employee development.
The Senior Account Supervisor must possess superior communication skills and be able to counsel clients' top executive management on online marketing issues.
S/he must have previous experience managing email marketing campaigns, online strategies and advertising marketing. Interactive development experience is a plus..

The Senior Account Supervisor must have at least 5 years of online marketing experience and a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Overall supervision and responsibility for set of accounts
* Counsel clients on strategic issues
* Work under the Creative Director and plan comprehensive online marketing programs
* Handle regular and consistent contact with clients
* Have regular and consistent counseling of client on online marketing strategy
* Troubleshoot any client issues
* Assist the CD with developing and executing online strategies including writing strategy, researching competitors, and writing summaries.
* Proofread and approve copy
* Approve the client-ready monthly/activity reports and other communications with clients
* Oversee the client satisfaction survey implementation, take responsibility for compilation of client trackers, etc.
* Manage project process including contact with designers and programmers, updating the PM site, meeting agendas, contact memos and faxes
* Work with team to prepare and implement strategies to promote and place clients' site online
* Draft proposals, budgets and timelines for client projects
