Main Duties:
1. Ensure smooth running of Salesforce Automation application with all representatives IPAD's and web portal
2. Update all data and content and ensure information is complete (Styles, colors, sizing, pricing and availability)
3. Ongoing troubleshooting and maintaining of salesforce CRM tool
4. Sales support and training for sales reps on the application
5. Work with Business owners, sales reps and decision takers to generate new tools and enhanced dashboards for reporting

1. 3 to 5 years of experience working with SalesForce
2. Experience in data management with a CRM tool
3. Experience in creating custom reports with a CRM tool
4. Strong organizational skills and communication skills
