Main Duties:

1. Desk top support

2. Upgrade, install and troubleshoot network.

3. Maintain inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities

4. Develop and documents system standards for computer and network devices

Criteria:
1. 3-5 years experience
2. Bilingual

3. Ability to communicate orally and written in a professional manner

4. Prior experience supporting, implementing and/or administering networks such as FileMaker, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, CCC

5. Must have strong analytical skills
