1. Manage day to day operations of 33.000 sq.ft facility
2. Responsable for hiring, training, scheduling of floor, kitchen & administrative staff 
3. Manage Inventories, Buys, Repairs, Maintenance of premises
4. Light Business Development, Coordinating & Scheduling of events, Customer Service.

Criteria:
1. 5 Years of location Management within Retail or Restaurant Industry
2. Available nights & weekends
3. Highly organised, strong communication skills, fluency in French & English
4. Passion for Kids
