Main Duties:
1. Motivate and manage and train the sales team

2. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and vendors.
3. Hire store managers

4. Review performance and productivity of sales associate.

5. Visit each store by priority

6. Create within each store, a strong atmosphere of teamwork and accountability.

 

Criteria:

1. Fluent in English & French
2. Excellent knowledge of the software MS Office, Word Excel, and Outlook, Illustrator an asset
3. Basic math
4. Attention to detail, Creative thinking, Artistic skills

5. 3 years of experience as a sales manager
