Our client - One of the Largest Game Studios in the world) is currently looking for a Creative Director for an Action Adventure Project at their Montreal studio - currently ranking among the foremost in the world.

Under the supervision of the Senior Producer, the CD works to develop the overall vision of the game pertaining to interactivity, show, and the marketing elements.

More specifically, the individual is in charge of:

• Creating the game's "vision"
• Communicating the "vision" to the production team;
• Integrating the "vision"
• Leading the Creative Committee, managing ideas and building consensuses...but it's your baby!
Relocation and Canadian work visa will be provided if needed

REQUIREMENTS:
• Significant work experience on Action Adventure / Shooter type AAA games
• Capable of exerting influence and providing positive leadership
• Sharp sense of creativity
• Ability to listen
• Oral and written communication skills
• Expertise in game design
• Sufficient artistic skill to ensure that artistic direction is maintained
• Bilingualism in both English and French is a huge asset
