Main Duties:
1. Oversee Montreal Member service team
2. In charge of training, coaching, evaluations, discipline of the service team
3. Providing excellent customer service to all members, implementing new tools and ideas to improve call center efficiency.
Criteria:
1. 3 to 5 years experience leading a small corporate call center with a hands-on approach
2. Ability to implement and bring fresh ideas to improve customer satisfaction
3. Fluently bilingual English and French.
