Main Duties:
1. Design bodies and prepare boards for sales presentations
2. Manage and lead art team, research trends, fabrics and colors by customer by season
3. Communicate with customers brand teams
4. Manage internal sample process, travel overseas for research and development
5. Communicate vision of product internally and externally

Criteria:
1. Must have a minimum of 2-5 years expeience as a boyswear (sizes 2-20) merchandiser
2. Strong on Illustrator
3. Must be organized, motivated and have a sense of urgency
4. Must work well with and be able to manage a team of artists
5. Must have flexible schedule for travel, must have strong communication skills and be able to deal with customers directly
6. Must have knowledge of licensed and private label development
