You will be responsible for directly managing & supporting the day-to-day activities of junior interns to Lead Senior Software Engineers working on several exciting projects.

Your job is make sure that all technology aspects, technical budget, and technical schedule of the projects are correct and running as smooth as possible...you will need to deal challenges and obstacles at every turn!

Qualifications:

(1) Prior experience leading teams of up to 50 developers

(2) Strong technical background in Java and C++

(3) Problem solver

(4) Background in Game Development (ideally Mobile) is preferred

(5) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science of Engineering (Masters and/or MBA is a big asset) 

(6) Bilingual in English & French
