Our client, a Canadian leader in their industry is currently hiring for a fully Bilingual Customer Service / Price Logistics Coordinator.

Must be able to insure that the product prices and on-sale items are correct and up-to-date (must love finding mistakes and correcting them) + Making sure the orders are placed correctly and following up with the supplies to make sure everything is correct

(1) Answer calls/emails

(2) Make calls/email

(3) Double check paperwork and Advertisements

(4) Update Websites

(5) Make Reports

(6) Perform other Duties as required

Requirements:

100% Bilingual

College Degree (DEC)

At Least 3 years of Customer Service ideally with Products

Strong MS Office (Excel / Powerpoint)

Prior experience with a data-processing system is an asset

Prior work experience in Furniture & Appliances Industry is a bonus
