Main Duties:
1. Plan production process in order to meet tight deadlines with offshore vendors
2. Establish internal action plan to meet deadlines
3. Evaluate factory capabilities and allocate orders to appropriate vendors.
4. Establish production calendar and follow-up on production flow
5. Evaluate problem source and take action to resolve 

6. Inspect pre production and production samples for fit and quality approval
7. Identify fit and quality control problems and find solutions, communicate these issues with overseas makers
8. Maintain internal records and specifications

Criteria:
1. Minimum of 5 years of apparel production planning in an import dept.
2. Above average organizational skills and strong communication skills 3. Must have extensive experience in giving out domestic production to local sewing contractors and checking quality control. 
4. Ability to work under high pressure to meet deadlines
5. Able to resolve problem when they arise
