Main Duties:
1. Order Entry, ordering and creating labels.
2. Creating and maintaining a shipping schedule for warehouse.
3. Responding to inquires from customers and sales rep.
4. Resolving daily issues
Criteria:
1. Minimum 3 years of Customer Service in retail/wholesale
2. Troubleshooting and conflict resolution track record and a positive attitude
3. Fluently bilingual English and French
4. Superior communication skills and attention to detail a must
5. EDI and label knowledge as asset
6. Computer literate : Visual 2000/SPS Commerce
7. Vendor / Routing guide experience
