Main Duties:
1. Chair several committees and plan meeting procedures
2. Manage Human resources and help resolve sensitive issues, assist in recruitment and staff mentoring. Oversee staff evaluation process
3. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of initiatives
4. Manage Office Manager and resolve facility issues
5. Monitor and report on progress of various business units
Criteria:
1. 10-15 years of experience in Accounting Operations
2. Strong organizational skills and strong communication skills
3. Team spirited and able to work in a fast paced environment
