Main Duties:
1. Assist COO to implement procedures and processes to improve efficiency and corporate performance.
2. Influence departmental morale by implementing strong ethics and business acumen
3. Help in building collaborative inter-departmental communications and assist in resolving conflicts.
4. Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Help departments in developing proper reporting.
