Main Duties:
1.Match invoices to PO's and look for any discrepencies
2.Prepare weekly check runs to be sent to suppliers
3.Get check signed by the right authority and deal with inquiries
Criteria:
1.3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable
2.Strong understanding of accounting principles
3.Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
